INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 teaspoon chia
  • 30g Apple Peach Protein Water Powder
  • 20g unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup peaches in juice
  • 1/4 cup apples in juice

METHOD

  1. In an oven safe dish mix together your apples, peaches and 20g of protein water powder.
  2. In a seperate bowl, mix together oats, chia, butter, 20g protein water powder, and sweetener of choice to make a crumble.
  3. Layer the crumble on top of the apples and oats.
  4. Place in the oven or airfryer for 5 minutes on 170c.
  5. Enjoy!
